^ the Kid is hard to read! I'm still trying to figure out as to when he exactly churns out his best work. Maybe I ought to put it as a poll? Angry drunk? Happy drunk? Angry sober? There's no such a thing with Grog as happy sober, so option D is out :D

Space-time, relativity........guess it all depends on what time it is and which end of the bottle ur workin' on.

Anybody have a Shiv with a Satin Finish? I am contemplating having this done! Thanks

Tom-Tom, I have one of those. Look at the sample link below:

Initially when I received it, I had thought (alongside with the Gent who decided to part away with it to my favor) that the original owner whoever he was, had done the hand rub effect (what we commonly refer to as satin in here) but since I'm currently taking a home study course in Nathan's past work, I have come to the conclusion that what I have gotten may very well be one of the earlier Shivs which Nathan was not tumbling at the time, although I have gotten it with a BB index sheath as opposed to the more generic Spec-Ops sheaths that the very early ones used to come with. To me, the "satin" effect on the Shiv is not as exquisite as the one on my UF, but that may very well be because one of the past owners tried to hand rub it further. Certainly because of the fuller on the Shiv as opposed to no fullers on the UF, the hand rubbed Shivs may not show the same level of satin finishes that the UFs were so loved for. However if you decide to send yours out and have more man-hour spent on it, you will probably get back the most satinish finished Shiv :)

My satin Shivs were ground lengthwise. The fullers were not ground. If the fullers are sanded or if it looks shitty I didn't do it.

^ It is awful early to be that damn drunk, right?
Time is relative. Is it too early if you haven't gone to bed yet? If you live on the east coast, and visit the west coast, which time zone should you use to determine when to start drinking? Also, what are you drinking? Mimosas and bloody Mary? Or bourbon? It's all very confusing really. Especially when you're drunk.

Nathan’s Satin was every bit as perfect on the Shiv as the UF, I’ve had 4 I believe. That hand job you got, to even think it might be Nathan’s work, you should know better!

I wouldn’t be surprised if you get a little bag of Sadie’s poop in your next shipment!!

If Sadie poops in D3V, I'll take at least two bags
