Speaking of needing to get their houses in order...

BLM is rife with corruption, (and I'm not even referring to the Bureau of Land Management), as are the R & D parties. I've always registered as an independent because no "party" actually represents me and what I stand for. They are full of self-serving parasites who get rich no matter which way the wind blows.

Every sophisticated political survey I've ever participated in online has shown me as a moderate / centrist with a slight lean to the right of center...and a lean toward less governmental intervention rather than more.

If I could have a wish for America going forward, it'd be a return to "moderation" and "compromise" being seen as a good thing, and not weakness of resolve. There are too many damned wingnuts out there on the edges and not enough good citizens willing to roll up their sleeves and take on the beast. (Hell, they won't even admit it exists or what pronouns it goes by.)

I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore.

ETA all the ''right or left'' ''red or blue'' ''for it or against it'' BS does is enforce the idea that there is no grey area to discuss between the given talking points. you're with us or against us.

instead of asking ''Who is shaking the ant farm?'' Ants are looking at those other ants that ''arent for us so they MUST be against us'' as the enemy. Instead of the ''Outside the ant farm instigators''

I quit Facebook maybe 8 years ago. I was never a binger but I do wish I could undo all the time I spent on social media because it was largely wasted. I don’t count Bladeforums or BCUSA as social media… just like I don’t count knives as discretionary expenses…

I have a Facebook account I started a long time ago and never really used and use Twitter for weather and school announcements for my kids

I said it before , this sub is my social media

I didn't specify "antique" ebonite because I was under the impression that it was all antique ebonite for the Shiv pre-order. Am I right or do I need to email Jo?

Edit: Nevermind, I checked the pre-order scales list and it says that the ebonite is the antique ebonite. :)
