Me too, literally the same exact way. I’m 36, Most guys my age are complete tool bags. I do believe in chivalry, and I feel like I should’ve been born in the 1800s, but I was born in the Millennial generation. I will be a dick to those who act like dicks, however. Most of the time I take the highroad, but there are some times where I just can’t let it go.

Heard of this before, but I'm thankful that I haven't encountered it. Around here, most people tend to at least hold the door for each other, and open it and step to the side if the other person is pretty close (men for women, women for men. It's a completely gender neutral practice ***and the standard response is, "Thank you/Thanks!").

Can't remember which famous character this exchange was attributed to, but I read it decades ago;

A man opens a door for a woman and she immediately says, "I hope you didn't do that because I'm a lady", to which he replies, "No ma'am. I did it because I'm a gentleman".

I'm pretty basic in a lot of things but enjoy looking up and learning things I know nothing about and don't really understand... but love learning new stuff


It's sad I'm the kind of person who can figure things out by doing them by hand.... but I suck at math and my real life ADD makes books my kryptonite


I think I've officially lost my asian card hahahahahaha

I rarely disagree with you yoko yoko ...but I've gotta take you to task for selling yourself short. You're one of the very few here that I envy for the fullness with which you embrace your life and all that it encompasses. Don't change a thing.
