In addition to all the CPKs piled up, there will also be 20 pounds of brisket (so I've been told) and I'll be making a Guinness Beef stew over the fire - it's going to be epic! I also have a buddy bring some bulletproof glass for us to shoot at.

Many years ago my friend was showing off a little cylinder of "bullet proof glass". I shot it with just a .22 pistol and it shattered to smithereens.

In seriousness, I have always thought of it as akin to bulletproof vests. You can sustain significant damage still but the whole goal is to mitigate some of the lethality.


It's why scenes like this one are so absurd.

The arm rest I was on was at a 45 ish degree angle, no problem keeping it still
