AFAIC, with the small exception for insurance scammers who deliberately cut people off and slam on their brakes to cause a collision, it's ALWAYS the rear driver's fault for following too closely.

There are a LOT of morons who tailgate where there's no way they can react in time, and that's not even counting the distracted/inattentive idiots.

And we live in Mooresville. Race City USA. Everybody around here thinks they're NASCAR drivers. SMH
