I’m locked out of one of my supply house accounts. After entering my password it says I’m wrong. After three times it asks if I want to reset. So I get the reset email, go to the website and reset my password. Then it has me log in on the website. No problems. Go back to the app it says my password is wrong. After entering my password three times… well, you get it. Went through that three times and it still doesn’t work on the app. I can only log in to the main website.No luck. Gonna wait until the morning...if I can't get in, it'll be the phone waiting game.
Ultimately, it just means I’m buying supplies elsewhere.
But what a pain in the ass.
