Lazy, yes, but does my back hurt, no.
I’m milling beams with an Alaskan mill right now to build a cover for a new Wolfe Ridge splitter that should be here this month. I’ve had it on order for about six months. I’m excited to get my hands on it. I’m looking forward to the log lift. I’ve been looking for those ibc cages but they are pricey around here. So I ordered some of those face cord bags to give them a try. It looks like you have a nice set up over there.
 
On the whole house GENERATOR front...

I spoke to a local dealer who is a certified seller/installer for Generac, Cummins and Kohler and asked his personal opinion from his experience. He recommended Kohler hands down for both reliability and longevity.

Having him come out to give an estimate next week.

Prepare yourself for cost of generator x 2-ish (or more. We got some estimates last year.)

If the sales guy starts making himself comfortable for presentation mode, get ready for generator cost x 3.
