Make sure you save yesterday’s pics of the dented box before you even opened it up. That was a dead giveaway of what it was gonna look like inside. That’s your proof it was mishandled. Didn’t want to rain on your parade yesterday, but I cringed when I saw the crumpled cardboard + dented corners, and already knew what you were gonna find inside.

That driver should never even delivered it to you that way, he should have returned it immediately back to the shipper, there’s no way he didn’t know it was damaged. He should have just been honest and upfront with you right off the bat, or if you weren’t home, at least left you a personal note with his phone number to help you out.

That driver pulled a real dick move on you, even though it was most likely damaged before it even was loaded on his truck. I’m really sorry that happened to you bro.
