In this case, he is being made an example of by being successfully sued by ''parents of children killed in the sandy hook shooting''. I dont know what else he talks about as I don't listen to him because see above.

The programmed response is ''hey, we better not question the official story of stuff or we might get sued. it happened to Alex Jones!''

We are officially late on the DEK pre-order now.

The DEK1 were no problem, the DEK2 were no problem and 3V was no problem. But those Magna cut DEK3 are being a problem. I'm running out of options here, I think we're going to just have to issue refunds or offer alternatives.

Sorry to hear that. That said, if there are potentially enough D3V DEK3s, I'm sure the folks who ordered Magnacut would be happy with those, in light of the issues with MC.

You can change the DEK3 I ordered in Magna Cut, to 3V, if it helps the situation. Mike
Note: That is, if you do have the 3V for it.

If having enough good Magnacut DEK3 blanks is the root issue along with limited numbers of available D3V DEK3 blanks?... Would it be possible to manufacture another smaller/batch run of DEK3 (D3V) blanks to send out for heat treat?
 
Nathan, do you estimate any or enough plain Jane DEK3s to be left in D3V for future Friday's open sales, even if you allow for most to switch over their DEK3-MC preorders to D3V in lieu of accepting other alternatives? Separately, will you consider offering those blemished ones in MC, in an open sale format, if the rightful preorder folks decided to pass up on those?
