Nathan, I didn't ask to be here. The community here seems to be full of some pretty petty people.

I apologize for letting them drag me down to their level then beating me with experience.

As a side note. I really respect your work and think your design and machining is excellent. Would love to one day be able to put a blade to work. Cheers

Any additional quotes of my messages going forward are not on me. That is other people looking to create drama at this point.
 
WValtakis WValtakis , Chip (and mods), I apologize for posting in your FS thread. Wasn't meant as a dig on the asking price, just the reality of the current CPK market. Now Kevin W. is my new best friend and is PM'ing me about it. Sorry for the aggravation.

Just calling a spade a spade my man. I haven't found a LC listed on here sell for more than $700.

I was just trying to help out a fellow forum member from getting into trouble.

I am officially out of this CPK stuff. Y'all are crazy. Nathan you should really be saddened by this but apparently you are cool with it.

Your "calling a spade a spade" was a blatant rules violation and insulting to boot, then you engaged with another member continuing to shit in my thread for hours. I'm pretty disappointed if you didn't receive points for all that bullshit, and I have yet to read an apology.

Who exactly were you trying to help avoid trouble by shitting in my thread?

Dude. I didn't shit in your thread. But I'll shit on it here. I'd PM you to keep it civil put you would probably just copy and paste it here anyhow.

You are blatantly price gouging and inflating the market. Sellers get to set the price sure. But the majority of the members on this site would shit on what you are doing as well, they are just too afraid to get "points" and get banned.

I hope to God no one buys that knife for $2,100. As much as I like the blades, a CAD design and heat treat protocol isn't worth that much.

As far as the comments. Jlauffer commented in your thread and I messaged him to say be careful. And that I thought the price was, yes, ridiculous.

He and I are no longer best friends 😞
