In utah there are a few worse than Nibley.

1. Hurricane - pronounced "her-eh-cun". If you say it fast you sound like Ryu from street fighter

2. Tooele - pronounced "to-will-uh".

Not sure why they picked Boring as the most oddly named town in Oregon, never really seemed like that strange of a name to me compared to a lot of others. The one at the top of my list is an old ghost town/logging camp out towards the coast named Idiotville, so named since it so remote that folks said you'd have to be an idiot to live there.
