Maybe I’m just impatient but I hate slow talkers .. every interaction takes forever and you can like see them processing thoughts in real time .
I’m so excited for my first CPK preorder next week. Please let there be one for the LC as well
We probably wouldn't jive well. Too many instances of inserting my foot in my mouth as a youth has taught me to think before I speak. Sometimes I don't speak at all. Keeps me out of trouble most of the time.
Today’s seems like a great day to leave early!
Oh fall has definitely arrived here. It’s barely got to 60 for highs and high 30s for lows the last week and a half. The leaves are falling like crazy and I hope they keep going. I couldn’t get into my guranteed see a deer spot last fall because of the foliage.Did Fall finally hit up your way? It's cold and wet down here so I changed out all my filters and fired up the furnace. A symbolic end to summer.

Crummy pic but I found a bayonet in my parent’s basement
Might want to look up how your particular area’s water treatment facility is doing. I read about some areas of NC on boil advisories due to the water treatment not being able to handle the contamination from the flooding, and even worse, where they’re projecting that a water treatment plant may need to be completely rebuiltWow...just changed the whole house water filter. In 20 years in this home I've never seen that amount of sludge in the bottom and sides of the filter canister.
All good now with the new filter after a generous amount of water and bleach de-funked the canister. Be interesting to see how long it takes to dirty up again. Usually it's months before it really starts to show any noticeable change.
Ah.I'm on a well, Max.
I dunno. It's probably a combination of reasons. We're well above the flood plain but the amount of water being absorbed, plus the generators going on and off, meaning the well pumps were on and off, who knows what enters the mix? (Not to mention septic drainage fields.)Ah.
Wow. So the flooding in the area has affected the groundwater?
I think the only cure for that particular parasite is to send me all the blades in order to develop a treatment!I dunno. It's probably a combination of reasons. Anyway, if I die of some weird unknown parasite, make sure I get attribution.

Well E ..... you never know....You guys were speaking about things that annoy you with folks...
I got one.
A neighbor who seems to lie in wait so he can engage me in meaningless conversation when I walk past with the dog. Every day it's some other stupid shit. He's a nice enough guy, but he just can't take the hint that if I'm looking the other way and concentrating on the dog, I don't really feel like stopping to engage in blather. He just happens to walk out the door, or out of his garage when I go by. I know it's not because I have such a nice ass.
Okay, that's my mean-spirited comment for the day.
