Here is for the trailer guys among you (Murphjd25 ?):
About half of our 22h drive on Tue was below freezing temp. In the end, a few hours through snow (Utah -> WY „South Pass“).
Trailer held up fine, except the water filter:

Had a bit of water in the trailer yesterday until I found the exploded filter.

Dang. You’re in CO, correct? What part? Not sure how it wound up in TX…I hate UPS. Pretty sure they employ monkeys...
edit: OK, hate is too strong. I am repeatedly frustrated with UPS because of ongoing monkey shenanigans such as this.

It has been snowing on and off since Tuesday night (mostly on). I’ve lost track of how much snow we’ve gotten (a lot is melting as it continues to snow), but it’s probably in the ballpark of 20-22”!

Mildly surprised they haven’t left yet…
Or maybe they couldn't see what he was holding...
Words like nuance and subtlety are lost on me. (This is western NC, after all.)It’s implied, Elliott.

Sledge hammers or go home.
Two. But since no one ever remembers how to spell it, or cares, I don't bother noticing. (Nor care.)Just curious, are you one T or double T?
All the carriers have to redirect when the weather is bad because the hubs eventually fill up with packages waiting for the others to clear. Better than the package being destroyed when the truck flips over and burns. Like in the movies. You’re in CO, correct? What part? Not sure how it wound up in TX

True, but I think it was near his delivery location, so the redirect is kind of odd.All the carriers have to redirect when the weather is bad because the hubs eventually fill up with packages waiting for the others to clear.
