Random Thought Thread

Between my mom not being able to hear today and the Dr can’t arrive till tomorrow,
to clean her ears.

My youngest daughter is overworked and already out of hours for the quarter unless gets promoted.

My oldest daughter took my juicer, but Amazon says it will deliver by 6pm tonight a new one.

My sister all pissed off due to my mom’s condition of not being able to hear, and my sister will only call while driving. and wants the nurse to take notes (not gonna happen),

It’s raining, thank goodness it’s not snowing. Only had to rake the leavs from the drain, and broke 2 fingernails in the process ( and I keep them short too.

So cut them extra short and filed untra smooth.

My dominant hand swelled up unexpectedly today, dunno why, but doesn’t hurt, maybe napped funny.

Breakfast tasted wonderful, lunch was great, looking forward to dinner.

Thank God for the CPK family and my sense of humor 👍🤣

Thank you my friends. Amazon arrived earlier than expected, and it’s perfect, .exactly what I wanted,, and only $39. delivered.

And I’m not a dummy.
I’m somewhat ambidextrous and still (in my 50’s) have to hold my hands up and look for the “L” to be sure which is which.


Way to pick on the disabled.
There’s a special place in hell for people like you.
On the upside, it’s just down the way from where I’ll be staying.

Funny story. I've only known one truly ambidextrous person in my life. My best friend favored her left hand, but wrote with her right hand whenever she was bored.

She turned in a paper for English and the teacher berated her in front of the entire class. The teacher showed her the handwriting from previous papers and asked her why the handwriting didn't match all of the previous papers she turned in. The teacher told her she better have a good explanation or she would send her to the principal's office. So my friend grabbed a piece of paper and showed her the handwriting using both hands.

I've never seen a teacher so embarrassed before. 🤭

All the wildfires here in California have proven nothing is keeping your stuff safe. No matter how high the rating. Get something to keeps the kids and drug addicts out and invest in insurance. That said, the insurance industry will likely be the next failure.
 
Yes I keep ammo in my safe, I had to add a second layer of plywood on the top shelf because I have to much ammo and the chitty wood shelf it came with broke in half. I’ve actually been thinking about buying a second safe just for ammo because my collection is getting ridiculous. Stacks of ammo on the bottom to around my rifles, anywhere I got room lol.

Temperature is currently 43° which is bullshit for this time of year in NW Wisconsin. The lack of snow really bums me out. Temps are currently beginning to drop and gonna dip below freezing by tomorrow morning. It's been raining most of the day today, going to transition to snow starting around midnight and supposed to continue all damn day. Oh! And 20-30 mph winds all day.

There will hopefully be a super fun layer of ice underneath 5-9" of snow. I am not excited about being on road all day tomorrow.

A few years too late in my particular case. I was not speaking for, nor intending to speak for everyone else.

tl;dr: I have enough for my purposes.

Sorry for any confusion and consternation created by my poorly worded post.
