Please remember that, as much as I appreciate our collectors, we make product aimed at users. My target audience is my neighbor, he works in maintenance and has a landscaping business on the side and he tears up and wears out knives and would probably wreck many of the fancy folders I see posted here. This first folder is for folks like him. He doesn't care what it looks like, but he needs it to work and tolerate some abuse without worrying about messing it up.

Still crazy pent up demand for CPK stuff, but it didn't seem to be as bad a blood bath as last time. I got zero server errors this time, and even refreshed twice to get the sale post.

Fastest way to get a post in. Single letter -> post, then edit later.

Sell EDC2 goodness on the Exchange - Check
Get paid for said goodness around 2PM - Check
Place well in today's UFK sale - Check
Use said placement to proxy - Check
Get asked at 3:01 to refund payment for above EDC2, cuz buyer hit on the UFK sale and has buyer's remorse on the EDC2 - Check
Remind myself that violence is never the answer - Check
Remember that while it isn't the answer, it is an option - Check
Try and figure out if Paypal is going to f*(k me too, or just the buyer - Check
Admit that Paypal knows bigger words than me, and knows how to put them all in the same sentence - Check
Issue refund - Check
Stew in own juices for a bit - Check
Make vodoo doll - Check
Use above EDC2 on vodoo doll - Check
Plan to buy alcohol on the way home - Check
Remember there is no need to buy alcohol, already plenty at home - Check
Wait anxiously to get home to said spirits - Check

Yep, it has been a full day so far.
 
I’ve learned never, never count on the $ from a transaction or the transaction to be complete until the buyer gets back to me saying they have the knife in hand and are satisfied.

It’s such a headache, I have no idea how some people deal with selling hundreds of knives.

Hell, I hardly even knew about the payment before the request to refund it. Never even had time to count on it!

That said, I never do. I usually leave the funds right in Paypal until the conditions you enumerated are met.

#1. should always be ... make sure there is acohol at home in case of #s 2 through 25 ... and at least one bottle of good bourbon for the days you reach #25 ...
