I think that I may have already figured out that ironic part. Just didn't want to name and shame since it's not that difficult to figure out as to what has transpired ;)
 
the ole Husqy 61 I've been rocking for the past 10+ years is getting a little haggard. I have a woody for this;

Triple nickel is a good dependable saw Lorien. I would think for packing in and out you would appreciate the better power to weight for one of the XPs, like the 550 or 562, but there is not a thing I can say bad about a 555, and I am a Stihl guy!
 
it's the lightest weight of the saws with comparable displacement from husqy I've looked at. Has all the new fangled features and I sure wouldn't miss the shitty exhaust my ole 61 bathes me in!

I can take you pretty far down the chainsaw rabbit hole. The 555 is a decent saw. I am sure it would serve you well. There are other options that may serve you better, just depends on what your needs and priorities are in three categories: power vs weight vs price. If you wanna talk saws, PM me, if not, that's cool too.
