Gotta love the PNW so much beauty. If any of you get the chance you need to go to the Columbia River Gorge.Took a small detour and hike on the way home this afternoon. View attachment 3077629
I love the Columbia River gorge. We went to beacon rock state park last summer, and toured bonneville.Gotta love the PNW so much beauty. If any of you get the chance you need to go to the Columbia River Gorge.
Yeah it’s stunning I do a fair amount of salmon fishing at the start of the gorge in Washougal. Talk about an amazing view while fishing.I love the Columbia River gorge. We went to beacon rock state park last summer, and toured bonneville.
I use to go down for springers at Drano every year a long time ago. Probably been close to ten years now since I’ve fished down there. I went out for a sockeye trip up by Brewster last summer.Yeah it’s stunning I do a fair amount of salmon fishing at the start of the gorge in Washougal. Talk about an amazing view while fishing.

I’ve never targeted sockeye. Drano is an absolute zoo honestly it’s more dangerous at times than buoy 10.I use to go down for springers at Drano every year a long time ago. Probably been close to ten years now since I’ve fished down there. I went out for a sockeye trip up by Brewster last summer.
Yeah that’s why I stopped going there. Had a gun pulled on me over a phocking fish about ten years ago.I’ve never targeted sockeye. Drano is an absolute zoo honestly it’s more dangerous at times than buoy 10.
