I use to go down for springers at Drano every year a long time ago. Probably been close to ten years now since I’ve fished down there. I went out for a sockeye trip up by Brewster last summer.
 
I have a question for the group regarding how to handle trade offers. If trading with a known member of the CPK forums, I wouldn't think twice about dropping the traded knife into the mail. However, lots of folks pop up that I don't recognize or who aren't active in the forums. Is there a precident for how to handle those trades? Do people ever use an intermediary member to handle the swap? Obviously this introduces some complication, delay, and puts out the intermediary. I'm leaning towards just posting it is "active, established CPK forum members only," but I wasn't sure if that was an acceptable practice. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You can choose who and how to do business with and are wise to do so.
