Well dang, i thought i had a discerning eye but apparently not! What about the ECAM?
Does anyone have a pic of the deleted behemoth photo?
I hadn't looked at the handwriting differences, but seeing both pics I posted above, it's obviously not the same. The "N" is totally different between the 2 notes too!To me, the blur of the table texture looked really suspicious to me around the paper. I didn't keep my earlier accusations since I didn't have proof, but the number 2 had a loop and was written differently than the previous sale posts.
You can see the handwriting style in previous posts.
Yeah, it's not good.
Just like Big Pharma...why sell a cure to a disease when you can sell a way to "manage" it?They ran into the problem of: they finally made the software right and a person can buy it and have software that works. Without bugs or missing features or other problems compelling you to upgrade to a new version.
Unlike a car that wears out, the only way for them to continue to make income is with new users and there's a limited number of people who want high-end CAD CAM. There's a finite amount of growth that can occur in that industry.
So, other than packing up their bags and saying "yep, we finally finished the best CAD CAM program out there, we're done, we're going to go move on to something else now" they had to make it a subscription service or they would be toast.
I bought some software, it works for me. I don't want to buy new software. "You have to buy the new software we will go bankrupt!"
State of the art software from 2010, that cost as much as a new car, still works. I don't think I want to replace it
What do you use? They ran into the problem of: they finally made the software right and a person can buy it and have software that works. Without bugs or missing features or other problems compelling you to upgrade to a new version.

First off, thanks for all you do, E.Update...The Good and The Bad
Thanks to Nate and Jo, (especially the prettier of the two), the real NUTRAMAC was contacted via info they had in their files, and he reported that he hadn't been on in a good deal of time, and that he lost access to his account...which we now know was hacked.
The good news is that it wasn't the person that many here on this forum knew from the past...the bad news is that one of our members was taken for $3000.00 when he struck a deal with the scammer for four CPKs...for which he provided a tracking number, but nothing ever was processed at UPS.
Thanks to the members that stepped up and notified us of the suspicious (AI) renderings in the Exchange, without which, we'd have not known what was going on with either of the two most recently listed sales, let alone the sale arranged by DM which is where the fraud was committed.
Glad to put this to rest. I've been working on this since 8 a.m.
The knife was being sold below costWow well done. What made it suspicious enough to check?
I cannot see any![]()
More likely he had access for a long time before he started running his scams.First off, thanks for all you do, E.
2nd; scammers need to burn
(So this a-hole was able to spoof his old IP address, too?)
Ahh...The knife was being sold below cost
The AI version of me is afraid I'll find it againSorry guys, but from now on, if I buy something from you, I'll ask you to record a video message addressed to me and do some fun TikTok dance of my choice.
Otherwise, I might get scammed by the AI version of you![]()

Look between the two upper scale screws. It's not layered right, things are overlapping oddly, which wouldn't happen in the real ECAM. It's nicely layered and well-compressed. That dark splotch on the spine of the scales near the butt looks odd too.
The recent data breaches (including the one a couple years ago that compromised 2 BILLION US records) have compromised a LOT of personal data/info.A stark reminder to make sure multi factor authentication is turned on in your BF account AND your email account. Never use the same password twice.
Literally every one is a target these days so donāt believe youāre too small of a fish for them to target.
Looks like the scales are all cracked up
Certain Macbooks and high end Windows laptops can be that thin. The laptop looked very odd to me, itās about as thin as an envelope with a piece of mail in it.
If they paid via PP F&F, theyāre in a quandary.Wow... Nice work.
That sale hurts though, I hope the member has some recourse they can follow to recover.
Some are pretty thin these days. But what is spilled on it?The laptop looked very odd to me, itās about as thin as an envelope with a piece of mail in it.
Yeah, that photo was stupid obvious!Looks like the scales are all cracked up
