It takes a certain kind of man that I am not to work the night shift. I work three 12s though. Friday Saturday Sunday. 15% shift differential is where it's at.

My schedule is weird, but I freaking love it. 4 days on (Fri-Mon), 3 days off, 7 nights on (Fri-thurs), 4 days off, 3 days on (Tues-today
), 7 days off. Lather, rinse, repeat
12 hour shifts, 6-6 either way, 8 straight time/4 overtime.

That is a weird shift, I work the Canadian shift. 14 days/nights a month with time off between sets.

I was wondering if you guys were going to get a dusting of snow. Incredible, that breaks the record for earliest September snow yeah? We got some snow here, but about 30 minutes away on top of Stevens Pass. The tall mountain ridges got a dusting around us.Off topic but woke up to this. It usually doesn't happen for another month.

Off topic but woke up to this. It usually doesn't happen for another month.
As I sweat typing this...Florida. Plus, is no winter. Negative is these God-forsaken creatures. Love bugs can etch your paint after about 3 days. We get them once or twice a year.

Just a thought, but have you tried any of the SiO2/Ceramic auto polish/coatings?As I sweat typing this...Florida. Plus, is no winter. Negative is these God-forsaken creatures. Love bugs can etch your paint after about 3 days. We get them once or twice a year.
I do a lot of driving and killing bugs seems to be a side job. These ceramic coatings (the one I tried was Mothers CMX), are easy to apply, and seem to do a good job of protecting the paint from bug splatter and bird poop.
I was actually pretty amazed that after applying 2 coats of the stuff, bug splatter that had dried on, was washed off completely by rain
