Received BCCI 30th Anniversary Buck 110 Today

I just received my Buck 110 that I ordered via BCCI back in January today. This is the first knife I have purchased from BCCI since I joined about a year ago. I can't believe how light it feels in hand. Features black anodized frame with screw together construction, desert ironwood inlays, DLC coated black blade, and black leather sheath embossed with 30th Anniversary logo. I had to look real hard but the stamp on the blade has "Buck", "BCCI", "USA", "2018 date symbol", and "Knives" in that order. Overall, I really like the look and feel of the knife.

Yes. Much lighter than a regular 110. It comes in at 4.4 ounces.

This is my first experience with the screwed together frame, but I really like it. It locks up tight when opening, no blade play, and the blade is dead center when closed.

Why not? Why would you not want one that is lighter and adjustable without a hammer? Fine, keep the classic 110, but offer one like this for those who would like to pocket carry or be able to tighten up the side play more easily. How bout this, why wouldn’t you?

It was definitely worth the wait. Honesty, I completely forgot that I ordered it back in January. It was a welcome surprise when I received it today.

it's nice and snug...no blade play at all. not even a smidge. pretty impressed. really nice one for the 30th.
