REF: Screwthe49ers, who else in the pass week is on the same boat?

Does this mean that MKHOP, Coltraine, and sweethitchicker have to wait till marlon gets out of jail to get information and hope to see our knives? I would start looking for a plan B . Marlon has not had any input to this situation .

I'd like to know the same thing. Have mine and everyone elses knives been shipped from Tenn to you or are you waiting on your cousin to ship them?

Cole

I'm in GA and trade with people in CA on a regular basis. I can ship a package on Saturday and they get it by Tuesday 9 out of 10 times. I don't have a dog in this fight, other than I want everyone to get thier knives back, but this story is one of the most far fetched ones I have ever heard. Today would be the last day I would be waiting, assuming he didn't get to the PO in time on Saturday. He he shipped out on Monday morning, people should be getting thier stuff today at the latest.

this is the holiday season, mail is always slower this time of year. Ive had stuff shipped in state take a week to get to its destination.

Mine still didnt show up today and i dont think it's the postal services fault.I bet it all works out in the end though.
I tracked it again and it shows this now

His name is Steven? He keeps on calling himself Chris, and he sent me another tracking number, that doesn't work. WTF!

Thank him for what, helping to make your life miserable for two weeks?

There should be not be a thank you, just a "you are lucky I don't prosecute you" because of this.

Yeah, get out of here wolfman. You don't make this situation any better.

Never mind, the tracking number works now. It seems I'll be getting my knife in the mail soon.

I don't understand this chain of posts, unless the latter two are simply scared they won't get their knives back.
severedthumbs, I guess, is just being his usual PT self.
Maybe severedthumbs could take up a collection when this is all over and get Screwthe49ers a medal.

Nobody's looking to hand out medals.

Look first at how many people got defrauded. They alone would make a long and angry thread. With bystanders ratcheting up the anger, we could easily lose sight of the important details, like whose knives are on the way with good tracking. How many other people just found the thread after they got ripped off.

Advice on where to go for legal help is fine. Advice on how we should condemn the man before the problems are solved, -- I don't think so.

One of the two already received his knife back. As bad as the situation is for so many people, St49ers at least seems to be trying to make it right so, in many people's opinions, deserves the benefit of the doubt until such time as everyone receives their knives back, are otherwise compensated or St49ers is shown to be the lying scumbag that so many automatically assume him to be.

I understand that point of view too, I really do, as we see a whole lot of thieving scum here. This, however, isn't clear in this case.

Some of you guys should ease up, especially now that people have started receiving their knives back.

It's great if he's making good. I genuinely hope everyone gets back their merchandise. When it's all said and done, however, I don't think Screwthe49ers ought to get an "attaboy." Message received about saving the indignation. When it's time, I hope the proper parties get their fair dose of whatever they deserve.

FWIW, the "hard-ass prosecution talk" has worked in more than one instance here in my recollection. I remember a young kid who pulled a similar stunt a short while back. When he realized how easy it was to track him down and how much trouble he could be in, he quickly stopped scamming folks, and his grandmother had to make good on all the damage. Mail fraud is real--not just some made-up fantasy that is never prosecuted.
