Reinhardt Teaser

Yeah well, that just means you're getting my sloppy seconds Trade! :-P I got to fondle them at lunch! :( I didn't get to really chop anything though.

I'll have my grubby paws on them in a couple of hours. Not going to lie, I'm pretty pumped. :D

You dirty rat.

I tried to work out lunch with E on his return voyage, but it's an all-day workshop for me instead. :(

If you leave now you can make it here for supper.

Cbear, this is one case I don't mind sloppy seconds, thirds or fifteenths. :D

The RBK was even better than I thought it would be. "Solid chopper" is putting it way too mildly. The tip speed makes cutting small stuff just a flick of the wrist and it will make the chunks fly off of hardwood.

What really impressed me was the way it handled the smaller tasks.

And it's a Kukri you can stab the hell out of something with.

This is the best version yet and I can't wait for them to hit the market. Amazing knife.

Sweet deal man. That blade is awesome. How does it feel weight wise? Balance?

While I understand its a chopper; How well does it baton :D? 3/16th sounds like it would be able to do anything the 9 could....

I've got a question myself. How will the newly created Reinhardt compare to the well established KA-BAR kukri machete? How evenly will they be matched in competition, and which will have the advantage in what field and target medium?

Dubz, it is quite honestly as close to perfect as it gets. It's hard to hold it in your hand without the overwhelming urge to chop something. :D

i'm kinda hoping still they make these in 5/8s :D

i'll settle for 3/8s :D

fine, just give me the protos ;)

Can we get a shot of this thing hacking into a barrel of George Dickel Whisky (Yes, they spell it that way)?

Mr. Becker should be close to TN.

Man, I have no doubts at all. Looking forward to getting one.

Nice! Thanks for the updates:thumbup: I notice the grind near the handle goes almost to the spine. I know that adds to the usefulness of that area, but does it weaken the blade? It removes a lot of steel from an all ready narrow "neck". Just curious.
