Rick Menefee Knives...

Jason, that Old Rag Micarta is fabulous! Like some exotic wood, the sheath leather sets it off completely.

Excellent choice.

Just in, my favorite pattern from Rick, the trusty dogleg. I kept this one simple and clean with jigged paper micarta and in shadow form.
The perfect EDC! Thanks for the great job (as always) Rick!

Hey Corey, I guess great minds think alike. ;):D

Here is my recent acquisition from Rick and she's a real beauty. Going right in my pocket.

Nice one Jared! Jigged micarta is really an interesting handle choice I think. Micarta is of course pretty durable and stable, which makes it a good EDC selection.
Jigging it lends a lot more character. Grippier when in use also. Kind of a "best-of-both-worlds" handle material choice for me. And Rick does a great job with the jigging
technique. I imagine that jigging any material is harder to authentically pull off than it looks.

Jared and Corey, They both look great! Hard to beat Rick's Dogleg pattern.
And as we all know, Micarta is great for EDC! Jigging looks nice on both!
Congrats to you both!

Great knives you guys. I think I would end up going with jigged micarta as well if I were to place an order for a new knife.

Great knives ! No Doubts when it's a Menefee. (there's a slogan for ya Ricky)
Here's my suggestion: Take a picture of your dog's head and send it to Rick. Rick creates a shield that resembles your dog.
Awesome, a real personalized custom knife !
I want one, where's my camera; comehere pooch, we got a picture to take.

I wanted to bring this etched knife back to the top.
I think it's a great idea, and a nice aesthetic touch, to bring back these historical etches. When "rebirthing" these old patterns, it's the next logical step. It puts you in the frame of that past era, a great place to be. My wife told me once that I sometimes live in the past.
I like it there . . . .sometimes!:D

Nice going Rick!!

Here's a shot from Rick's bench! Few fixed blades and a Dogleg Jack, He's
been playing catch-up! But he's back at it hard...
