Please tell us what happened! We get so many bad stories about people getting screwed out of large amounts of money for no reason at all except that they are honorable and trusting people; it would be WONDERFUL to hear a happy story for once

The buyer was well able to pay and became persuaded to pay. If he had not paid, his family would have paid.
I can only urge the sound advice to sellers given by several in this thread (and many on this forum in other threads): get secure payment before shipping unless you really, really, really have some logical reason to trust the buyer.
