RICKYHAWK: Took 36 days!! to receive the knife... with help from Good/Bad/Ugly Thread

Hi Ricky,

I am also still here and I would like to say I paid a knife (MT Halo V) on the 18th of July for my birthday (2nd of Septermber) and I have not received nothing.
Ricky has been promised twice to give up that knife and three times to send me its tracking number. But looks like never post it. Exactly I do not know what do I think about you? But where I live in - your process is not really fair. Sorry about your loss and your family tragedy, but it is not an excuse, I think.

Your knife was mailed with all the rest on tuesday. I don't know how long it will take to get to Hungary. There is no tracking number on outside the country mailing unless it is sent registered mail. All you get is a customs number. It is on it's way, I am making this right. Three guys have already received there knives and contacted me. Robs was sent with signature confirmation, I don't know if he received it today or not.

I have the insurance slip and the delivery confirmation slip and both have the zip code 77009 written on them by my postmaster with Port Arthur Tx as the city and state. I looked at the address I was to send it to and it shows a zip code of 77640. I am positive I did not put 77009 on the package as I did not send any knives to any zip like that. I guess that is why it says it was forwarded from 77009. I guarantee when you get it it has the right zip on it, I have no idea why it went to 77009 (Houston Texas)

I'm not a player on this game, but shipping Halo V with unregistered post is not a good idea.... I hope buyer will receive it soon.

Well, I finally received the Rainy Valloton Iraqi Soldier today, in the as-described condition. I also saw a pig with wings, so amazing things can happen if you try through GB&U and through persistence (see "Calvin Coolidge"). Note evidence of both, below:

I am glad to everyone have received to the much-anticipated items, but I still have not received, two months ago ordered knife. I want a solution!

I buy quantities of different items at so many forums and ebay, of course, but I had never experienced similar problems.
Ricky, send to my knife or refund to my damage, please return my money! I lost my patience.

I already have not hope that it will arrive from a kind of deceitful man, looks like Ricky.

Dear friends, I will be honest, do not be foolish! Do not buy from him, because he is a big cheater! If you have already done so, then please leave to Ricky negative feedbacks!

According to what Ricky posted it was mailed on 9/6/11 which was 15 days ago today. How long does it usually take for an item from the U.S. to get to you? Based on my small amount of international dealings 2-3 weeks seems the norm (China and Nepal). Just curious?
 
Most parcels via USPS First class or Priority mail will reach within 8-10 working days max postal mishap such as missent. If I were the buyer, I will ask for custom form number and punch in onto USPS tracking search to at least verify sender sent the item on which date.

First of all, sorry, I am not with you and your opinion. I live in Hungary, Central Europe, not Nepal or China and Ricky promised me the fourth time - last one was at the 6th of september - to ship the paid knife with tracking number, of course. That it was talking about 3 months ago. I am sorry, but I do not understand why you write such a thing when you do not know this history. I paid this item 70 days ago. I could be angry, really angry, let me do!
And let you know Ricky holds my money, I talk about a major amount of money. Someone working for this among cca. a whole month in my hometown...
I almost shop solely online now. Anything in practice. I prefer auction sites like e-Bay, but I love the Bladeforum too. I have never ever experienced similar problems. I have got it all clearly and almost promptly - without any problems via about 14 days. I thought the American people are fair, but it looks like not always correct and how I do not like the kind of situation. I am really disappointed.
 
If there is any way to file for a refund of your money, I would do that instead of counting on Ricky.

I think you may have misunderstood the intent of my question. I realize you've been made one promise after another but since others are reporting that they finally got their knives I was just asking if it actually was mailed on 9/6/11 would two weeks be about the right amount of time for it to have arrived or do you normally get stuff from the U.S. in less time. That's all I was asking.
 
I recently purchased a Microtech from this individual, had I found this thread I would not have done business with the individual. I will blacklisting him for sure. I hope I actually get the knife or get my money back or I will be escalating this to multiple agencies, as well as proper authorities. He was exceedingly responsive to take my money but lacks that responsiveness to actually follow through on the completion of his side of the bargain. So it appears we have a scammer.
 
If I don't hear back by next week, he will learn he f-ed over the wrong person. Shit like this doesn't fly where I am from, We don't take it laying down. The funny thing is I felt iffy sending this guy a money order, but he sent me a photo with a picture showing it with a note saying sold to me. I should have followed my instinct. We shall see what happens, it will have been an expensive lesson though.
