RoseCraft Knives

Received yesterday, expected the day after tomorrow. They must be using Post Haste.
I hope I like the knives, after all this.
Or I can return them!

They're here! (This is the Briarpatch. The Castorea is posted in the Trad and Modern Pairings thread.)

Very nice knives.

It is a single spring or a two spring?
Two springs. I wonder if they'll make the same knife as a jack.
It has nice, fat liners and apparently integral bolsters. The f&f are so good, I have to tilt the knife just right against the light to make out the separate springs.
The blades are exactly 3", my jurisdictional sweet spot.
I think I'll be carrying this one a bit.

Are RoseCraft knives generally a bit thicker behind the edge than most other slipjoint manufacturers? Just a bit over .1" at the spine based on the website, makes me slightly hesitant, but I really like some of the pattern/material combos available from them.

The trappers are coming, not a trapper kinda guy, prefer single blade carry for my traditionals. I hope to resist the red sandalwood though, that cover material has become a favorite of mine.
I saw that today, I'm going to have to grab one of those.
