Oh Man!
Charlie I just had to laugh - good on you! Those two are nothing short of breathtakingly Beautiful!

If you ever feel they need a second home in PA Charlie, feel free......................lol. Marvelous pair and the top one of course would fair better in travel elements because of the SS.

I am glad I keep you entertained, Duncan!!:D

You are the guy with the eye! Thanks Eric!!;)

In the old days, we used to call your remarks a medium-strength Grovel!:) - Thanks Russell!!

The pearl on this knife is worthy of a Rodeo award! But the knife's pedigree is somewhat questionable!!
A so-called "factory find" from Jim Parker, it is actually very well made!!o_O
Just needs a major sharpening protocol!!:p

I'm glad the factory found it, Charlie! Beautiful pearl, and the exact same pattern as my Shapleigh in stag bone. Any idea of when these were made?

My guess is a year before we got them, Jeff!!:D
Like I said, very well made; but the story is hokum!!
Nice Stag on yours! Is your punch un-sharpened, like mine??

I've seen what you describe, but on a #23 pattern! I didn't know they did a #53-#54??

I think the Schrade Fire & Ice GECs were only the #23s and #73s. They did some Cripple Creek and Tuna Valley #53s. There was a Tuna Valley 4-blade.
