If I Sell 100 Knives And One Of Them Is Not Working Good So It's Not Mean all The Knives Are Not Good Sir , Alot Of Knife Makers Here On BF Who Made Knives And Their Customers Got Problums

We have a passaround forum here. We normally sign up 10 people who get the knife and keep it for a week. We encourage them to use the knife and then give honest and objective feedback. Would you be interested in doing a passaround?

I don't recall a customer named Berry but if he did actually buy a knife from me he should already have my email address and my phone number. He should also know that all my knives are warranted for as long as I am able to work in my shop. This is made clear BEFORE the transaction so I'm curious as to why Berry would not contact me first and would get you to "fix" it for him instead.
 
Richard J has one coming already from Woodysone and he's gonna run it through its paces and we'll see whats what. I'll trust his word as to the merits of lack thereof of the R&R knife.

Tell him not to bother. If I did indeed sell this guy a knife, he should have contacted me if he had a problem. My warranty service center is in MY shop not in Wazirabad.

The man you are talking about is a good friend an customer of mine, He is a stand up guy.An will speak his thoughts of the knife in a DIRECT MANNER
