Rubber Bucky will make the rounds again!

The Rubber Bucky has now served its tenure in Aggieland and is ready to move on if anyone else wishes to try it out. Like everyone that has responded, I am favorably impressed as well; sure hope Buck puts it into production sometime soon. If you wish to try it out, email or PM me your address, and I'll be pleased to send it on; otherwise, I guess it's back to home base at Dave's.

Hope it's cousin in the Sand Box is doing OK!!

I would love to try it,but only if i lived in the US.
Otherwise shipping is way too expensive...

yes not only expensive but
it also takes a LONG time to get there and back!
then there is customs or tax and the want money both ways!
so some one wake up woody'!!!
and we need some one after him..
it only cost to send it to the next person...

i have 3 striped of inlays now ...
am working on the backside of the grips now for fit..
have to go to dallas on friday norn will try to finish before then!
btw it was news and shock to me but
Buck had decreased the number of rivet holes in the brass from 4 to 3 !
no i am not talking of the rocker hole only the holes allowed for inlay rivets!
there used to be one at the blade end and 3 at the lock release end!
any one else noticed this already or am i jest behind the times?

wow i was jest in texas!
so it left before i got there
and will be back after i leave!
if i had timed it right i could tried it out my self!
jest joking..
youa'l have fun with it !

Well, here's hoping the Rubber Bucky is in sunny California by now. "Woody" emailed me several days ago to say that he had not yet received it, and I mailed it to him (over a week ago now) without any tracking, insurance, etc. Sure hope it was just slowed by the holiday mail and that it is not AWOL!!

Me too -- I'll check the PO box this morning, I'm hoping Santa was just a little late this year ;)

so i headed to the hole
and then i did first shaping and epoxied grips on three rubby buckys..
two for some one and one for the bad lands..
will have to 2ed shape the grips and some of the brass and
then smooth and polish the brass..
