Sanelli Knives from Italy

They look very nice! Infusing silver as an antimicrobial seems to becoming more and more popular. Is it common in Italy?
I do not know ,but the folks at Sanelli ,a 160 yr old Co. , state these Premana handles are patented in Europe & USA . The combination of the underlying harder material ( polypropoline),wrapped with the softer outer material ( santropine )has a feel unlike any I have sampled . See post #18 in this thread ,for an illustration . The blades hold a great edge ,yet are easily sharpened.
When I first sampled these knives I was amazed and could not believe I had never seen them before

One of the neat things about these is you can add as you go. Ask about my non website knives as well

Sanelli is new to me, but I always like trying out different knives – sometimes the less popular ones surprise you in a good way. It’s great when a knife feels good in hand and is well made, because that really matters on a campout or for everyday tasks.

Well I used to be a chef . I like knives obviously . Once I sampled these I took stock in them ,in a pretty big way. I kept saying ," I wish I knew about these when I was cooking " . But I do ,and many I have sent to ,are really enjoying these .
Try one ,add as you go . Thank You

Still working out what I need.
Start small or add as you go.
I had one customer ,bought a huge set for his daughter . After seeing them he bought two more large sets . They are a pleasure to use

This set has the 21cm chef ,about 8"of cut edge.
Fluted Santoku ,thinner stock and less cutting edge than the Japanese knife

16cm wide boning ,not on my site but I try to keep them stocked

12 cm serrated Pomodoro ,Tomato knife
11 cm micro serrated paring knife . I'm convinced this may be the best of the best of the paring knives in it's class

at the bottom the small 7cm paring ,great for times when you don't need a lot of blade ,like cutting strawberries in your hand . I also like the 6cm curved too
