Sanelli Knives from Italy

Curios - how does it work? Chemically?
The Premana line ( green & red handle ) has the Biomaster
The red material is polypropaline and the softer grippy green material is santropine . These materials have silver ions infused into them. It is a patented process.
These knives and this company have many endorsements & partners in the cooking industry . Seriously if you look on the Sanelli website and can navigate it and get your device to translate ,all the info is there . You will see how passionate these people are about their products

Time to replace my ancient Dexter Russell set... I've been eyeballing VCM3's Sanelli collection for a minute and decided to try some

First impression is all good. I can't wait to properly break them in. Already made a list to replace the rest of my set lol.

The old DR on the bottom was a backup. It's still pretty beat though lol. They had a rubberized sanisafe coating like the new sanelli knives only Sanelli has done it way better.

Thanks Rick. The chef you picked ( 25cm =9.843 in of edge ) this is my favorite . My wife’s is the 18cm
I also have a 30cm I use for certain tasks

These are beautiful well made knives , with a lot of thought into design , size , balance etc. these can take wear and tear and come out looking great. True work knife
