I got your message, I will let you know when I will be shipping the package. I'm glad you are happy, and actually I'd be glad to consider this the first "knife plus..." giveaway
As for the wrestle for the salsiccia (it's not really a coppa); believe me, the world of "pork related products" here (sausage, mortadella, coppa, ham, guanciale, porchetta, lardo, pancetta, and so on) is pretty wide...so if you want to wrestle with her, be warned, you might be starting a long war...

My mouth started watering when you listed all those meats and cheeses...oh man. I need to go to the store for some Prosciutto, my favorite, with some baby Mozzarella in olive oil.

Well, we have finished the sausage and most of the cheese. Outstanding. This has been such a fun experience for me and my family. Many, many thanks to Fausto. My wife loves the hard cheeses. I love the soft and hard. I think I ate all the sausage. The knife is beautiful. I feel so grateful that I got to be a part of this. Fausto, my friend, I wish I had more pictures, but we couldn't stop eating. (actually we shared with our neighbors...seemed like the right thing to do)

The food will always be remembered. The knife will be in my pocket.
