SAUDI SCAMMER * New * Alias *

Too late for me. I thought I had it covered and researched. Wilson Stevens is who got my Nitecore Infinity Defender as a trade for a ZT 350 I've yet to recieve.
 
Anyone who ships anything to Saudi deserves what he doesn't get. By now we should all know it doesn't matter what fake ID he uses. Don't ship to that country unless you personally know the recipient.

Tell him the deal is you will ship when his half of the trade arrives first and see what he does.

Yep. I did a search on everything but Saudi. Hard lesson learned.
 
Any time you are faced with a new guy who wants your knife, I don't care where he is. Tell him he ships/pays first, THEN you ship. You have a reputation to protect, he does not.

Read Bad trade with gnw1209: no comm. or knife for a local boy who did wrong. Scammers are everywhere. You have no reason to trust anyone who has no reputation around here.
 
I got ripped out of a n Emerson Mini-Commander, Uzi Tac-Defender, and a Buck Ghost rider! I am truely angry and sadened that someone would do this to hard working people like myself. Heres is the address and E-mail he was using:

Heads up: This one has crossed into the "real world" with a smells like a scam email that appears with the heading and title Office of the F.B.I. I've gotten 2 so far with instructions to call someone named Margret(?) I'm sorry I didnt save for yall but you can bet the next one is getting forwarded to the real G-Men to see what they think about this ....turd! using the name of their agency in a scam. best to all. anrkst

How do you know the fake e-mail comes from the Saudi scammer?
 
Likely comes from someone on the Ivory coast.
 
The backtrail on the IP led to....Riyadh,SA. May not be anything but it came with the official heading/seal of FBI. Not sure but I thinks its illegal to say your FBI if your not and its just set off the radar with what I've seen here. My Technerd says not to even open them due to phishing technology but these were in the Inbox,not the spam box, indicating that the computer "believes" they are safe. just letting you know.
 
This is a first for me, been here for almost 7 years, literally 800 knives have passed through my hands during that time and I finally got taken. He was using the Wilson Stevens name, if I did some research on the address I might have caught it in time. I got taken for a MOD CQD I, I guess it could have been worse.
 
The best way to avoid is to avoid Saudi completely like Esav and many have said.

I occassionally email him some hurled insult. It makes me feel better, even if it doesn't make my trade real.
 
No idea if baliodude is the Saudi Scammer, but once someone posted the connection below and that question was asked, he pretty much shut up and quit posting. I believe his last post was "f*ck all haters" back in early July. Folks do still see him lurking from time to time. Just a heads up.
