Scrap Yard Knives Is Proud To Introduce Their Latest Model: "The Dirty Trick 12" Coming Sunday May 1, 2022 at 9:00pm Eastern

You're probably right. I wouldn't mind a new trigger while I'm on Geissele's site. I'd probably go HK or DD if I went for a new lower/upper though

Ooohhhh I could go Aero Precision. I love them.. or Seekins

Yeah, Aero is probably the best value but I was speaking to Geissele because their parts are anodized FDE rather than cerakote which is used by most makers.

Loving the light weight and thin grind. Third time my attempt to request a sterile blade from scrapyard falls on deaf ears. Pretty sure they’re not offering that anymore or they just hate me. Here is my black coated version in comparison to my original run (sterile 😢) Dog Father:

Scrap Yard cannot produce sterile blades anymore, sadly. I've tried and the only way I know is to strip a coated blade and do your own scotchbrite finish.

These are HUGE. My feral inner 17 year old is telling me to obliterate pallets and paint cans.

As much as I wanted to try this one.. I think the handle leaves a little to be desired. A regular shaped Res C or a Regulator handle would be perfect imo

I really like this new handle, lots of potential. With a taliwhacker blade it would be amazing.

For a knife like the DT12, I think a regulator handle would have been better. Some flare at the end to keep it in your hand when chopping. That regulator handle is a work of art…so well designed it’s hard to beat.
