I've posted before that, when it comes to my hard use field blades, I'm more of a "go" than "show" guy. I reckon that's why the "Basic" SDFK appealed to me so much.

Despite that, the "Signature Series" is (*admittedly) quite lovely...

I think it will make a great camp knife that isn't too heavy to carry hiking, either. Splits wood and meat like butter equally. I also did a little limbing with it, three finger grip toward the arse end of the handle, snap cutting - worked very well in that application as well.

It makes beer taste better too, simply by putting it near the glass.
