What he doesn't understand is that he can't just pay and have his slate wiped clean.

New site, stencils and all that jazz won't help you a bit when your name and reputation aren't worth shit.

Agreed. It's clear Mr Adams has no intention of providing proof of refund. His attitude makes me think this is because proof isn't possible. No refund has been sent. Delwin has indicated he believes this also.

Close this circus and let's move on.

I think that's what it will take. I read this thread because of the number of views, and the number or written responses.

I am surprised to see so many here that have taken the time to get involved in this. Surely there are better places on this fine venue to spend your time than on this thread....

This thread reminds me of people that run to see a horrifying car accident, and stay until the last bit of glass is cleaned up. They run the gamut of emotions, asses blame, theorize, and give weighty opinions on their opinions (and each others) about how terrible it is, and postulate on how this should have been handled (in their opinion). But they don't dare leave because they might miss something.

Delwin is down to begging, and J.A. is absolutely relishing the attention by stringing him along. How hard is that to see?

Why would the mods have to shut this down? Can't you guys see this has run its course?

I agree, this guy is bragging about screwing a customer over, and insinuating he has no plans to rectify the situation. he should be temporarily banned, if the refund is received he can be reactivated.

He mentioned very early on that he used to use a different name. I have to wonder if the underlying reason for the name change is that he screwed too many people over.

I hope you see from our response that this isn’t acceptable behavior and I’m really sorry you have to go through this.

It’s obvious English isn’t your first language and you have been remarkable gracious even with Jim Adams ugly infantile display.


This whole thing could have been resolved quickly and with little impact to anyone if Jim Adams had behaved like a responsible businessman and refunded your payment.


Jim Adams pathetic display of immaturity will be available for all to see for a few thousand years.


Again I’m sorry you have to go through this and I hope it will be resolved but have little to base that hope on.

My thoughts exactly. This guy wanted to buy a product from our country and has been given the worst service I have ever come across. I really hope he doesn't generalize the rest of us.

IMO Delwin admitted very early on that in his culture, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and routinely done as a form of enterprise. He apologized said " I get it and im sorry" for me that's the end of it. Jim Adams is another story. I do not think Delwin will judge America nor Americans in the shadow of the dealings with Captain Nutso.
