shao.fu.tzer SELLERS BEWARE OR BUYERS FOR THAT FACT

Obviously you people have your minds made up. None of you are addressing valid points anymore. Here's a summary of what's happened:

1. Shao complained that Royals1982 sold him inferior knives
2. Royals complained that Shao was trying to haggle with him
3. Shao made the point that making an offer is not haggling
4. Royals is infuriated at this spends days and nights trying to tell
everyone what a crook Shao is
5. Shao defends himself for making an offer (which the seller clearly states is open to)
6. Royals starts making physical threats against Shao
7. Shao warns him not to, backs away from the conversation
8. I purchased a 875 from Royals1982 unaware that it's the same guy Shao
had all the troube with - I NEVER RECEIVED THE KNIFE
9. Weeks later Royals stirs up the hornets nest saying I made a chargeback
on a knife he sent me saying I was trying to rip him off
10. Shao had no idea I bought that 875 from Andrew
11. Royals starts another hate thread and has somehow gotten Shao banned

HOW IS THIS SHAO'S FAULT?

Tell me what knives has he sold? He's sold narely anything! Most are withdrawn for me to sell on Ebay! Do your facts! He sells knives to make room for new ones. If you have anyone to bitch at for selling for profit, bitch to me!!!

What you seem to be leaving out is Shao said he'd take them AND THEN started to haggle if memory serves. (I may be wrong on this) That isn't how it's done here. (Or anywhere else for that matter.)
 
As stated in earlier messages - royals1982 e-mails were heavily altered.

No one seems to bring up the physical threats royals1982 made against my boyfriend either!

I thought the threats were in personal emails unrelated to this site. What is BF supposed to do about that?:confused: Why is it that you keep changing, depending upon what lies have already been found out, what our focus is supposed to be on?:jerkit: Get your lies straight before you bring them here.

By the time there was any mention of physical threats, Shao had already proven himself a liar. He has made these accusations and when asked, never attempted to show any evidence to back this up. If he HAS truly made these threats, take legal recourse.

Keep this in mind, though. Anytime I hear the names Shao.fu.tzer, plasticandsteel or Royals1982, (and now Theresa Le, Taisanwaaini) I will think of this thread and throw up a little. I wouldn't consider buying knives from any of you because I have no interest in this drama.

Things do not add up. The more you talk, the worse your story seems. You say above (#8 on your list) that you never received a knife from Royals, but in Post #152 of this thread you say the USPS has confirmed they delivered it to you, but you still haven't seen it. How is this Royals' fault? Looks like he upheld his end. Shao-resa - I have seen this game played before. When this whole thing got started way back when, I had a feeling that it was one or the other of you who who was up to some funny business. It seems pretty clear now who it was.

Royals did act like a tard at times, but I realize now that it probably has to do with the inexperience of youth combined by the fact that he may have been so flabbergasted by some of the things you were saying and doing that he didn't know what else to do...

A person who sells knives on ebay at the rate you do is a dealer. Even if you do have a girlfriend named Theresa, she lives with you, you speak daily, you collaborate on knife purchases and sales, she "pulls your knives off of BF sales boards to sell on ebay" according to you. YOU WORK CLOSELY TOGETHER TO PROFIT ON KNIFE SALES. This = dealer.

The more you talk and backtrack and give excuses, all I assume to salvage your reputation so you can at least keep making money on Ebay, is only going to get you deeper.

I actually thought about starting a seperate thread concerning this very point....

You see, apparently nobody reads the GB&U for threads relating to the USPS...

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MERELY MEANS A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED!!! It DOES NOT MEAN it got to the intended recipient!!!

Now, I don't know the people involved in this thread, but one of my concerns is that a lot of bad juju is happening here that is based on the ERRONEOUS idea that "Delivery Confirmation" means anything OTHER than the item in question was left somewhere...

As to the rest of it... Well, some of it's been entertaining, and the rest of it is pretty pathetic... :rolleyes:
