I'd suggest making a dozen, and another half dozen similar but longer. that way they might last until i got over here and grabbed one of each. That's enough weight you'ld for sure want them in individual sheaths, uhm, 160$ and 240$ and free shipping if you buy both.. ;) and you will have to raise prices to run off the extra wanna-be customers.

Nothing like a big honkin' slab of steel to entertain simple minds!

I want one of these even though I have little use for one! Haha. Any possibility of you making them in either 1/8" or even 3/16"?
 
Would price be cheaper if i wanted a "Pocket carry model" shrink it down to 7' over all length, 3 inch blade, 4 inch handle? Same good looking cosmetics!
 
I got this today and OMG what a beast! I thought the Becker B2K with a 1/4 thick blade was something but man this thing is just awesome! I am not a huge fan of painted/coated/epoxied blades but this one has a light grey color that looks just like a bead blast finish. So while my becker is getting stripped and bead blasted this will stay as it is for now. We will see how the coating holds up to camp life and if it starts to look shabby it will come off. I couldn't be happier. It may be fat but it tapers down to a nice cutting edge and slices thru paper with ease right out of the sheath. Thanks Flatgrinder!
 
+1 on the 7" or greater blade length. I am DEFINITELY interested!!! Please, please, please make more!!! Feel free to PM me or send me an email. I'd love to hear more from you in regards to this design and others like it. Thank you and thanks for creating this beauty.
 
Just got mine in the mail and my first thought is..................IT'S MINE. ALL MINE HAHAHAHHA............(hugs knife and runs).....:D
 
Between the knife and the quality of the sheath, it fits like kydex btw, I'm amazed at what I paid, rarely have I been so dazzled by a purchase. The only problem is that now every other knife I hold feels like a toothpick ;)
 
I know he made a newer design, but I still like the one picture here for sale, with the staggering height of the blade!
 
I received mine yesterday and all I can say is, "WOW!". She's a beauty! I love the heft of this knife. What a fantastic design, plus a great sheath. Superb work, and a wonderful value. Thanks, Marcus!
