Sharpest Knife You've Ever Owned

Spyderco Manix out of the box, second place goes to Cabelas Alaskan Buck 110.
Reprofiled, I've gotten knives almost as sharp, but not as sharp as those two.
 
Have to be a toss up between my old Cold Steel Twistmaster (carbon v) and my Recon 1. I've never been disappointed with Cold Steel straight from the box.
 
Sharpest (reprofiled) -my Benchmade Mini Griptilian (Tanto blade) made from 440C.

Reprofiled with my Edge-Pro at 11 degrees total and power stropped on a buffer loaded with chromium oxide.

If I balance it by the the handle and let gravity work it's magic, it will push cut through a sheet of paper held vertically.
