Shepard custom concealment (Shepard CC)

How long do we as a comunity put up with this? Pass it on guys spread the word this guy is flaky at best when people ask about scales in general mention him and then point them to gbu to research him people will come to the same conclusion the rest of us have excuses after excuses. Hopefully the mods will step in and maybe he dosent need to be a service provider here anymore. I know he won't get my knives to work on that's for sure.

Op I hope you get your scales by Wednesday at the latest Since that shipped on Saturday and the quality is what you hoped and paid for.

He won't get his scales by Wed. Mr. KnowItAll. He lives in Australia. So it'll be at least a week or a week and a half.

And after 3 bad threads you think people are out to get you THEY ARE OUT TO GET WHAT YOU OWE THEM!!!. It's sicking people still use you and you are darn right I'll comment on these threads every time. It's nice how you are the one in the wrong all the time but love to make it look like its other people's fault smh. And I don't know it all but I know enough not to do or point business to you.😮

Ive been doing this for 3 years with hundreds and hundreds of happy customers. The last 6 months i've fallen behind do to material supply problems. I said this in my thread that there would be delays as well as my website. Thats not shady. Thats just a production problem due to my material supplier which has since been handled and I'm fullfilling all the delayed orders as fast as I can. I've never taken money and not delivered what was ordered. Ive said this several times and yet you still come here trying to say i steal from people. A delay in an order and it taking longer than promised is not theft.
You have said several times you wont do business with me and thats great. Fine. Quit following me then. I mean you post in every thread and hate on me and yet you have never ever personally dealt with me. Do something better with your time
 
I'm not trolling you pal I'm commenting on a thread as other have. first it's migraines delays then delays in materials telling customers that you messed up and cut the wrong scales. I use my time as I see fit as Im not a service provider here how about instead of posting here you use your time to finish orders take some of that advice and use it yourself. I mean that would be doing something better with your time.

They are the only ones that Supply it. They told me that they had to fire a lot of people and that they were getting different suppliers themselves and blah blah blah and they gave me all kinds of run around.

ShepardCC, when I tell you he's not following you around he's not . Gonebad is just a very blunt outspoken dude, but he's a good guy, if yall had a private convo you would see that .
 
There's no reason to believe a single thing Shepard CC says, or to ever do business with him. Just don't do it.
 
I'm sure there will be a few more of these popping up because there are a few people that wanted lightning strike carbon fiber and there is only one supplier for it.
I'm at their mercy if they don't deliver.

Did you offer a refund for the purchase pending delivery of the material? I think anyone can understand delays happening, but they need to be handled correctly when they do.

I feel for you, really. It's difficult dealing with an individual who's upset at you for something you have no control over, so put the decision in their hands. Let them make the decision to wait it out or get their money back. If you just keep postponing though, they're right to be upset.

Also, more criticisms have been laid out in this thread other than delays. Attitude in response to customer requests is a big one.

You've an opportunity here to save some face by acknowledging mistakes and working to fix it. So far I've just seen excuses and bickering.

NOTE: I don't know ShepardCC. We've never communicated outside of this thread and my statements are based solely on the contents herein.
 
This is the first mention of the package being shipped. Certainly did not let me know it was send or of tracking number or anything. If it's true I would love to get my hands on the tracking number so I can keep an eye on it. I did however get a personal message on IG asking me what the f.ck is wrong with me for starting a thread on here. Very classy indeed Eric. You never seize to amaze.
It might well be that is has been shipped but I sure have no info on it. Like I said Sunday when I asked I got abused for asking all the time and was told I am pissing him off with all the messages I sent. Today I got abused for starting this thread.
I just think 17 weeks is beyond a joke in anyone's book. And I never were told about the delays in the Lightning strike cf. not until recently. All I can say is put your money elsewhere.
 
Communication is one of the keys to success. When you have a persons money and have left them no recourse to get it back, it would be a great courtesy to keep them informed of your progress and any hiccups along the way, no matter how much of a hassle it may be. Otherwise you end up here in the peanut gallery.
 
Just be happy if you get your the scales you asked for and they are cut right others have gotten theirs back dissatisfied lesson learned hope all works out well op

Hmmm...the guy in question is now blaming his suppliers for not providing him with the materials he needs. Raises a couple of questions, why not simply tell his customers or post it on his website before they order and pay for their products? Does he pay his supplier in advance and then wait for months without becoming concerned or contacting them?
 
Ah yes, I forgot, he refuses to accept Paypal goods as payment. It seems like he has no problem screwing his customers, but heaven forbid that he take any liability as a service provider.

How can he refuse? Simply pay the 3.5% and send him the money and that's that. If he wants only F/F, I'd report him to Paypal. Not sure what good it would do, but it'd at least get them to look at a scumbag who's soaking them for their funds.

my guess would be he spends the money immediately on bills or supplies, or hookers, and doesn't want people opening disputes and putting his account in the negative.

you've been a long time provider here, with great feedback until recently. its not too late to save face man. just don't snap at your customers for crying out loud. This community is far too small for you to pull this crap. messaging him with vulgarity about why he posted this?

because you don't accept goods and services, duh.
 
Well Eric closed his books and is not taking anymore orders which I think is smart. Get yourself caught back up. He said OP will be handled soon.OP will get his scales I know that for a fact. I hope you love the scales OP. Eric does do amazing work.
I hope Eric gets all the kinks of his business worked out. I don't want to see him fail. I know how hard it can be to have a small business and make it work.

Wow. People do seem to pile on when they smell blood!!!

over a year ago I ordered and paid for scales and sheath from Shep.
there were delays and it probably took an extra month to get them. But the work was very good. and I did get the scales and sheath. sheath fit perfectly as well and was done very well. I read the other thread and I think the work on that Swick was 1/2 assed on the scales nothing like what I got. probably because of the PP dispute filed and he was now doing them for free.
seems the kid has an attitude problem as many youngsters have nowadays

To me the easy simple solution when someone says they don't have time to answer emails or provide customer service is ask a family member to help you . If you are trying to run a one man show its virtually impossible to do the work and give good customer service. One person cant do it all. Have Mom or a sibling or GF help out I bet they would do it for free !!
Just having them answer 50 emails a night and you can focus on work . it would be an hour or so of their time a day or twice a week even .

I truly don't think Shep CC is a scam artists looking to screw people . He is just in over his head. but the PP gift BS has gotta stop .

That's not the same excuse you gave on your other negative feedback threads. Wasn't the excuse last month health problems, or was it e-mail trouble?

Nobody here is following you around, but we do read the GB&U where you've recently been popping up like mushrooms after the rain.

Apparently he started getting bad migraines. True or not, he's a piece of work. His books should have been closed the moment he was unable to continue fulfilling orders as promised, and he should absolutely not be asking for F&F on PayPal. That's a sure sign that he's covering his own ass in the event that he inevitably fails to follow through on his end of the deal.
