Eric is going in the right direction this is awesome to see. He makes a great product and straight up he seems like a genuine nice guy. I am glad you got made whole Palonej I got Spyderco southard and Tuff scales from him and they were awesome .

Just an update on what happened dive I started the thread.
Received my scale and backspacers yesterday in the mail. It's been more than 10 days, more like 3 weeks but there was nothing Eric could do about that as I reside in Australia. He did send it via priority mail and it just takes it course. Being happy to receive the package finally is an understatement. I was just glad to receive something from him. Anyway I have to give credit where credit is due. The scale and backspacers are impeccable. I am very happy with how they came out and how they look. As soon as I get a chance I will put them on the knives. Also I have to say Eric did apologise for his mistakes and promised a much quicker turn around time if I was to do business with him again. And to be quite honest that's what it's all about. It's just owning up to your mistakes and saying you are sorry for not coming clean and taking so long. We all make mistakes, but it's just how you go about fixing them mistakes that makes the difference.
So thanks Eric for making the Scale and the 2 backspacers. I am wrapped with them. And thanks for the apology. I wish you only the best in your future endeavours and I hope you keep going strong as you are very good at what you do.
