The new coating and laser etching looks badass. I mean it too. Plus, its tougher from what i can tell by feel.

The sheaths for the BKT shorts are based on the old Eagle style sheaths, pretty well made and have a molle strap on the back. Several lash points.

The new Kabars look nice. So does that ESSE neck knife. Pretty disappointed the folders are made in China, but what can you do.
 
I'd like to be the first one to strip a tweener. But hell, wouldn't we all.....
 
Bk14 handles are solid.

When you see the new coating, you might not wanna strip it. Just sayin', they done good.

Show starts in 30min, and I just got done walking around with Mr. Stitt looking at guns. Hell yeah.

I'll be watching for the BK14 handles to go on sale, for sure.

I was really hoping S&W was going to announce a single-stack M&P, but Springfield did it instead with the XD-S. Between Kabar/Becker, Larue, and Springfield, this SHOT show is going to really stress my bank account!

and Moose, what do those Zytel scales feel like? are they more Ka Bar grivory feeling or more Camillus feeling in texture?

Nice shot of the coating / stamp. This is a huge step up on the finished look of these knives, IMO.
