Man has this thread taken a turn in the wrong direction. James, it is great that you like the knives that you got and it is too bad that your thread has been taken so far off track.

Personally, I have always liked Shiva Ki knives. My only quibble is that in my opinion the fit & finish could be better. To many, fit & finish is a not concern, or not much of a concern at least. To me it is very important. I do love that bowie on his website though.

That's a looong way from "ABS Master Bladesmith & American National Treasure" or any other adjectives added along the way. :)

I, too, think Ki's knives have a flair all of their own and I can appreciate the passion for them.............I just don't appreciate the smear on another maker for no apparent reason.
