I love this thread. i too did not see the other. forgive me gents, as i have nothing to show right now. this is just my way of finding it again. i will post some pics tomorrow. single-blade lockbacks are my favorite.

A Camillus-made Remington in 0170-6C alloy. It was a second, sold at the time of the Camillus bankruptcy and therefore has an issue. But I still like the knife and it does get pocket time.

ok, so about this time, i was saying this to myself...."Where is my Buck 110? how the heck would i lose that?" maybe i was not saying to myself, because my eldest son said, "Oh, i saw a knife behind [the thing we put shoes on in the entry way]. I meant to tell you."

well, i did not find my buck 110, but i am psyched. i found my "early" 501 with the micarta scales! i really love this knife. it has been missing for 6 months. oddly enough, i was just wondering about this knife earlier today. YES!

Thanks Will, that is a very interesting knife, i wish we could get some armadillo hide here in Europe, it makes for very nice scales.
