ThanksNice photosmbkryan I would like to try one. I've never had that type of blade. What do you typically catch it on to open?
Wow!!! Barrett Just wow!!!!I've posted this #15 group shot before, but since that post now features Photobucket's speedometer, I figured I'd post it again. (I've also added one more #15, a clip point Crown Lifter, since this photo, but haven't taken the time to do another group shot.)

Got this about a week ago. Have been playing with the one hand open feature a little and really like it. Will start it in the EDC rotation tomorrow, and may post a few updates in weeks to come. Anyone else like to EDC this style of one arm blade?

I have an Ebony version of this knife that I bought with the intent of replacing the pen blade with a cap lifter. I haven't carried it more than about a week. I love the look of the razor, but I'm not sure if I could EDC one. The GEC especially has such an abrupt, sharp point that it's easy to uncomfortably poke a digit when you stuff your hand in your pocket.
Wurrwulf , how do you go about changing a blade? That is, is it a DIY job or do you send the knife off to get it done? I would love to replace the pen blade with a cap lifter.
Also, you are right about the point on that hook. I am sure i'll get poked at times. I may sand it down a tad so it is not so sharp.
Thanks for the info! You first have to acquire a cap lifter "blade". Then, you have to acquire skill.I never got past step 1, so I have no clue about step 2.
Seriously, though, you have to take the knife apart, replace the blade with the cap lifter, and then put it all back together. Or... You can pay someone (like the extremely talented @glennbad) to do it.
GEC actually built a few razor cap lifters but secondary market prices are well north of my price range.
Nice knives, whith covers in a beautiful bone!!!Recycled photo, but they are 15's

Thanks Alan. There was never a plan to accumulate 15s. I just picked up one here and there that I liked... and then there were 12.Nice James. I like those circular knife photos.
