I have a Heat with a blade made of 440 from Spain, of
all places. Great knife.

how do you like it? I heard Ken Onion say once that it's his favorite as a user knife.
I think it's great. F&F is way up there, the coating is very tough, and really, it's in a class of it's own. I don't carry it much because of the very pronounced recurve, it's just not my thing, but it's a piece of KO history and I'm proud to own it.

I have the Kershaw repro, the Spec Bump. Very pretty knife, very comfy in the hand. The extreme recurve is an adjustment, and it's hard to sharpen without a sharpmaker, but these are quibbles. Don't know about quality on the KO models, but on the Kershaw version, that stud lock wears out mighty quick.
