I have the Kershaw repro, the Spec Bump. Very pretty knife, very comfy in the hand. The extreme recurve is an adjustment, and it's hard to sharpen without a sharpmaker, but these are quibbles. Don't know about quality on the KO models, but on the Kershaw version, that stud lock wears out mighty quick.

what do you mean when you say it wears out? does the spring break?

I remember seeing someone with a ridiculously large collection of each variation of the Benchmade 960. I was hoping he would post here, but I can't remember his username.

I love this picture. how did you manage to get a blue 960?
Long story. I was googling for another BM LE and found one (and six other) for sale in knife store located in Taiwan. Google translated the site into English, I then emailed them. They replied, the price was acceptable, about 4-5 weeks later the package landed on my doorstep with these inside

They had some of them on display for over 6-7 years. Any US store would've sold them a long time ago. I guess they were waiting for me ;)
