Well, I think HOGs are nonconformists. Most of them are rebels without a cause.;) Yet to be fair, this Zilla is quite refrained in the realm of Khukuri knives.
 
Can you imagine the leather sheath for this one, probably will require a full grown cow to make it!
 
I can't believe these 0.5" thick Khukuri's have gone undetected by me for so long !! a HI will be a nice starter !!! :eek::D

My brother has a nice HI that measures 9/16" thick that's a real beauty but my considerably lighter CG BM blows it away when it comes to chopping. It's edge always rolls where the BM will usually still cut paper after. Gotta Love INFI and I agree that a 1/2" of INFI would be overkill. His Khuk straightens out with a few easy pases on a strope and was 1/4 of the cost. Let's just say, I wouldn't want to get clobbered in the forehead by either one!

That was a fairly ignorant remark in my opinion.

Furthermore, not everyone said they would only buy a thicker version.

My favorite chopper is a machete that is full convex and VERY thin.

Anyhow, if busse makes a thicker version I will buy one...period.

My point exactly. He is not you, therefore could not say that Busse will never make a thicker version... Period and all of that nonsense.

I agree 100% that opinions should be posted and also that FEEDBACK is probably very important to your company.

That is why I thought it was ignorant for a comment to be made stating to buy somewhere else if you want .50 and period and all that nonsense.

Hey, guess what, .50, .2whatever and so on (doesnt really matter), I like the knife.

So, before this becomes a ramble, we are on the same side.
