Dude, they never forget a little package.By the time she's done explaining to you that condescending tone that the Dalai Lama's from Tibet, she'll have forgotten all about your little package.
It is measured in a straight line from the front of the handle to the tip of the blade.

I am as excited as any to see a Busse khukuri coming. Like many, I have anticipated such a beast. But the "Killa Zilla" is pretty much the standard size for a regimental khukuri. What will make it special to me is INFI, not that it is unusually large, because it isn't. And I am glad Jerry chose this size.
Indeed, at .270 thick they would be rather thin compared to some monstrously large khukuris like the 1/2" thick HI Ang Kholas. That would certainly make them easier to carry and less expensive, but a .270" thick slab of sabre ground INFI is going to be tough enough for anything even remotely reasonable. So this Killa Zilla is pretty much exactly the size that I hoped it would be. And it certainly isn't small in the blade length department. At 18" OAL, it's as long as the second largest HI Ang Khola. Sounds good to me.
