Working on the Franken #15. In using the liners from a #15 CL. A spear blade from a bail and chain #15 and the CL from the original knife. I started with some jigged bone from Culpeppers but jus wasn't feeling it. I even tried to dye it a little darker which resulted it looking like plastic. I scrapped them and went with some primo sawcut bourbon barrel bone instead. I think I was the right move.

Hello guys! Been a bit. I just finished up my first full custom handmade knife and I wanted to share here in my thread. It a Tony Bose pattern single blade barlow. The blade and spring are A2 tool steel. The rockwell hardness on the blade is 60. It has a aluminum bronze pivot bushing. The liners are 410 stainless, mill relieved. Shadow pattern build with 410 stainless hardware and pinned bollocks shield. Really proud to share my first custom build with you all. Thank you for looking!
